Al Katheeb Interiors provides apartment interior design and fit-out for homeowners and landlords in Dubai and across the UAE. Our design, fit-out, and in-house joinery teams work together from concept planning to handover.
A home that works for you
An apartment refresh starts with understanding how you use your space. We bring together layout planning, material selection, and custom joinery so that the finished interior feels considered and practical.
Design, visualisation, and custom joinery
Review your space through 3D visualisation before construction starts. Our Al Qusais workshop fabricates custom cabinetry and furniture, with the design and fit-out teams coordinating the approved finishes.
How much does apartment interior design cost in Dubai?
The supplied planning guide gives a directional range of AED 60,000–300,000 per apartment project. This is an estimate, not a fixed quote. Size, site condition, materials, joinery, and the extent of work affect the final amount. Request an itemised Bill of Quantities before budgeting.
From consultation to handover
Begin with a consultation and site visit, followed by concept design and 3D visualisation, detailed budget planning, fit-out and joinery production, and finally snagging, handover, and aftercare.
Common questions
Can you handle both design and apartment fit-out?
Yes. Al Katheeb Interiors handles design and fit-out under one contract, including in-house joinery.
Can I see the apartment design before work starts?
Yes. 3D visualisation is part of the concept design phase.
Can I stay in my apartment during renovation?
Phased work is often possible, depending on scope. Full structural work is faster with the property vacated. Discuss the work sequence during your site visit.
